Nice......

Someone sent me this picture. Of course this picture is from someone who calls herself a "rescue". Now who in their right mind would treat a horse from their mouth? Way to teach him to bite someones face off......geesh....Maybe he'll be adopted out by a little kid and the new owners can start out with medical bills for plastic surgery instead of vet bills....again, who in their right mind???

Well, that's about all I have to bitch about today. I've had the flu for 6 days now......so I'm off to take care of my own and then I think the couch and I will do some quality bonding today.

All you have to do is tell them you are an American horse owner and to please NOT support S.311! American horse owners do not want horses standing in fields starving to death!

If horses are in fields starving it has nothing to with horse slaughter. Try posting some facts for a change. As far as the pic you posted, looks like total trust to me. This woman is one of a few federal 501c rescues in the country and is very well respected. She started the PMU rescues long before it became the in thing to do. If you want to attack rescues, go after the so called rescues that take your money and don’t rescue.

Respected by who? You might also want to note that several rescues who have been in need of rescuing themselves were 501c rescues...so that really doesn't mean jack.

The horse industry, publications and other rescues. Do some research and you’ll see how often Ipswich has been highlighted for the work they do. What’s your point with two recent rescues out of hundreds that are in trouble? Business are in trouble all the time – dot coms, Motorola, American car companies, banks, farms, and most recently, mortgage companies, etc. Do you condemn all companies in those businesses because of a few failed companies? I think not.
